So yesterday was the day that I got my newest tattoo : cherry blossoms on my left foot.

I had already given a picture of what I wanted 2 months ago when I made the appointment. But when I got there, the artist showed me another alternative that looked more japanese taht the one I brought. I decided to go with his choice. So he started by drawing it directly on me. Since I'd done my research on him before, I had total faith in him.

Then Mache started the actual tattoo and boy, I'd forgotten how much it HURTS!!! It only took about 45 min but I have to say it was very very looooong. And at one point, I moved which never happened before. But my other tattoos are much smaller! They were two places that really hurt morethan the others : near the toes and low on the side.

Anyway, once it was done, I got home and that's when the burning sensation started! I mean, it really felt like my foot was burning! Add to that my gash (from my nice fall down the stairs at the library) that got infected and my whole leg felt really bad! So I cheated and took a painkiller. I then fell asleep (or passed out) because I was too excited to sleep the night before!

But all that was worth it, my tattoo is really great and I love it!
